Conservation and Resilience

California leaders must commit to protecting our natural landscapes by advancing policies that safeguard biodiversity, expand equitable access to nature, and build climate resilience. As part of the 30×30 initiative to conserve 30% of lands and coastal waters by 2030, California must fight back against Trump’s plans to sacrifice our natural resources. We used the following conservation and resilience bills to determine legislators’ scores for the 2025 Scorecard:
