How would the Affordable Insurance and Recovery (AIR) Act change this?

It would allow the Attorney General to take large oil and gas corporations to court to hold them accountable and return funds to Californians, who are currently bearing these costs through high insurance premiums.

The AIR Act would allow the AG to sue corporate polluters to pay their fair share for the damages they've caused through the climate crisis.
