AB 1550:

Investing cap-and-trade funds in disadvantaged communities

AB 1550 (Gomez) requires at least 25 percent of funds from cap-and-trade auction proceeds go to projects directed to disadvantaged communities and at least an additional 10 percent for low-income households or communities.
